On the occasion of the 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Hungary and the People's Republic of China, Levente Magyar, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary, presented the Golden Tourism Award Marco Polo to the National Tourism Organization of Serbia at a ceremony held at the House of Music in Budapest on October 24, 2024.

 

The award was given for the achievements in the creation of a joint tourist product of Central and Eastern European countries for Chinese tourists. 

 

The Marco Polo award is awarded within the framework of China-CEE cooperation in the field of tourism, for the fourth time.

 

Dejan Milivojević, Minister Counsellor of the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Budapest, received the award on behalf of the National Tourist Organization of Serbia.
